What we process and why
When you submit the form or contact us, we process the information you provide, particularly your name, email, company, website, requested services and message. We may briefly use your IP address to protect the form from abuse.
We use this information to reply, discuss and prepare possible cooperation, enter into and perform a contract, keep necessary business records, protect our rights, secure the website and reasonably improve our services. The legal bases are steps before entering into a contract and its performance, our legal obligations and our legitimate interests in business communication, security, service improvement and protecting legal claims.
Who helps us
Where necessary, we share data with trusted providers of hosting, email, analytics, IT, accounting and legal services. We currently use Vercel, Noketa, Google and Umami. We may replace them with providers of similar services that meet data protection requirements. We may also disclose data to public authorities when required by law.
Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we use safeguards required by the GDPR, particularly an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
We retain enquiry and communication data while dealing with your enquiry and during any resulting cooperation, then generally for no longer than three years after the last contact. We may keep contract, accounting or legal-claim records longer when required by law or necessary to protect our rights.
Analytics and cookies
We use cookieless Umami analytics for basic traffic measurement. We collect anonymised technical metrics and whether the form was submitted successfully, not its contents. We do not use marketing cookies.
